In this special collaborative episode, I have come together with the host of Gist With Fikss Podcast, Oluwafikayomi, to unpack the growing wave of “brain rot” culture in Nigeria and what it reveals about the decline of societal values, intellectual discourse, and public accountability. This conversation explores how these issues are shaping the way people think, speak, and engage with one another. We also look at the role of young people, content creators, and public figures in either reinforcing or challenging this decline.Is Nigeria becoming a society that rewards clout over substance, and what can be done to shift the culture back toward wisdom, critical thinking, and meaningful progress?
